What a discovery! We found it by chance and fell in love! It's a very elegant, beautiful place, where every detail has been thought of! The design, the colors, the furniture, the staff uniforms—everything is perfect! We tried several cocktails; you can tell and see that it's been carefully prepared, with a lot of work put into it. The presentation—everything is a 10! The service was unbeatable, everyone was very attentive and smiling. We will definitely be back to try their dishes, which are sure to be delicious. A 10-star experience at Freshers Gastrobar. We ordered the tiramisu and cheesecake, and both were simply spectacular. The coffee was equally excellent. We'd like to especially thank Edgar, the manager, for his exceptional service. He made us feel welcome from the very first moment and made sure everything was perfect. We'll definitely be back. New modern & stylish restaurant in the center of Valencia with the great food! When I say great, I mean amazing quality of food with the best preparation techniques and presentation. I travelled to more than 50 countries, I’m a very experienced foodie and I worked in the kitchen, so I know what I’m talking about. Great spot for the great cocktail pairing with the food/to enjoy lifestyle lunch and elegant dinner. I tried lamb chops and it was just perfect! Will be coming back for sure to try new dishes. Great job guys!

And I just want to keep quiet, so as not to share such a place 😅 🛋️The atmosphere is very sophisticated and thoughtful, stands out from the standard establishments in the city. A beautiful massive table in the middle gives a special highlight. So it's quite an insta-cafe Excellent menu and combination of products in each dish. Also delicious coffee - which is a rarity in the city 👌 Excellent service, everything is at the highest level and everyone is in their place. Of course, the merit of the owner and his precise understanding of all the nuances. Very convenient location and there is parking nearby 🅿️
